The Bayhouse on Breton Bay

After spending a number of years in Ocho Rios and developing the model of inviting both friends and business guests, we decided to design and build a place from scratch that would mix a home and a business life.
The Bayhouse was a 13 acre, waterfront site with both Grass and Clay tennis courts; two guest houses; a pier complex; and the mainhouse. One block away was The Breton Bay Golf Club.
Overall there was 11,000 square feet, nine bedrooms, seven baths, six dining areas, a theater, an office complex, four fireplaces, and meeting spaces both indoors and out.
The 'Inventive Living' model does work. The key is to clearly define the family time, the business meetings, and private time.
